This terracotta colored jumbo yarn is from my Angora goats plus a show herd of US born alpaca. Call it jumbo yarn or core spun yarn with a jute center. It is a great mix of softness and luster and strength. Terracotta is a pale rust and it was hand-dyed by me prior to spinning.
So what to do with it? Crochet, knit or weave? Rug, pouf, basket, placemat, hat? Yes to all plus whatever your imagination creates.
The rugs and accessories I have made from this yarn are easy care. Shake outside - hang on fence - hose down - vacuum with hand held attachments, no beater bars.
There are 6 lb 10 oz left of this color, approx 177 yards. Please remember that this roving/yarn is from real critters who graze in real pastures. There will be minimal veggie matter that will fall out during use.
This listing is from a smoke free, pet friendly environment.
